Order processing

The most popular spare parts are always available in our warehouse. Such orders will be executed in one day in case of timely payment.
Less popular parts are usually available in the our warehouse from which we support PHILIPS service network for warranty repairs. Processing delay is one day extra.
Rare and obsolete spare parts await orders at PHILIPS warehouses in the EU, we will quickly deliver for you. Delay in delivery and customs procedures up to 15 days.
After preparing all the ordered spare parts, an SMS notification with payment details will be sent to the phone number indicated in the order.


Account number is not a card number, therefore, in the payment terminal menu or in the client-bank program, select a payment in Ukraine according to bank details.

We will inform you by SMS notification of receipt of payment.


If we receive your payment before 15:00, we will send the package the same day, otherwise the next working day.
If we do not receive payment within 10 days from the date of the invoice, the order will be canceled.
Delivery of the parcel is carried out by Nova Poshta.
The delivery is paid by the recipient.
